                               RESOLUTION NO. 20531
                 
                 
                  A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER
                  INTO A CONTRACT WITH THE TOWN OF SIGNAL
                  MOUNTAIN, TENNESSEE, RELATIVE TO THE CITY OF
                  CHATTANOOGA'S INSTALLATION, MAINTENANCE AND
                  OPERATION OF A TWO-WAY RADIO COMMUNICATIONS
                  SYSTEM ON PROPERTY OWNED BY THE TOWN OF SIGNAL
                  MOUNTAIN.
                 
                 
                                                    
                 
                 
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Mayor be and is hereby 
authorized
       to enter into a Contract with the Town of Signal Mountain,
       Tennessee, relative to the City of Chattanooga's installation,
       maintenance and operation of a two-way radio communications 
system
       on a tract of land located at 1118 James Boulevard, Signal
       Mountain, Tennessee, which property is owned by the Town of 
Signal
       Mountain, Tennessee.
